In-depth education in emerging multi-format retail strategies as an answer to the needs of today’s customer including: brick-and-mortar, catalog, online, mobile and social commerce. How to build sales, profits, brands and customer loyalty across channels is stressed.

This will also enable you to obtain your official FIT ID.
