Health and Disabilities Information 6. Insurance Information 7. U.S. Department of State Information (for U.S. citizens only) - This form contains important information for U.S. citizens going abroad.
	Arrange for Housing
	Attend Mandatory Orientation in New York City
	Apply for a Visa
	Travel Arrangements - You are responsible for booking and paying for your flight/transportation to Italy. See: Calendars
	Permesso di Soggiorno - When you arrive in Italy, you must complete the Permesso di Soggiorno (Permission of Stay) application process.
