Francis Cholle, author of The Intuitive Compass, signs copies of the book and talks about how companies such as Hermes, Google, and Virgin America have reinvented and redefined their best customer experience. The panel includes Deborah Burns, former chief innovation officer, Hachette Media; Kevin Kells, national industry director of consumer packaged goods, Google; and Jerry Vittoria, president, Firmenich Fine Fragrances North America. Stephan Kanlian, chair, Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management, will moderate the panel discussion.
