Ms. Balasundar is currently a Marketing Manager at Batallure Beauty. In this role, she manages the development and execution of all fragrance, color and body care launches globally for the Hollister and Gilly Hicks brands. Ms. Balasundar began her career at Elizabeth Arden in global fragrance marketing. Prior to her current position, she was the Associate Brand Manager on the Elizabeth Arden fragrances, primarily managing brand development on Green Tea. She has worked on a variety of celebrity, designer and lifestyle fragrance brands during her time at Arden. Ms. Balasundar graduated from Binghamton University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy, Politics & Law (Pre-Law) and English Literature. In addition to her dual degree studies, Ms. Balasundar participated in Division 1 athletics as a member of the women’s varsity tennis team. As a student-athlete, she was selected to represent the university as a member of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA). Ms. Balasundar is conversant in Tamil and Kannada and is familiar with French. She is a member of Cosmetic Executive of Women (CEW).
