Mr. Kremer is currently Senior Marketing Manager at L’Oréal USA, accountable for the L’Oréal Paris mascara category. In this role, Michael is responsible for launching new innovations, while maintaining growth and profitability across all key pillars. Mr. Kremer started his career with L’Oréal Canada in Montreal, Quebec. His first role was on the Lancôme marketing team where he managed the face and lip categories. Following this role Michael joined the Consumer Product Division sales force in Toronto, Ontario as an account executive, where he ensured on-going development and profit growth in this region. In 2010 Michael returned to the Montreal headquarters as Product Manager of the L’Oréal Paris eye and lip categories. Most recently Michael was transferred to his current role with the L’Oréal USA operational team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, with a concentration in International Business. Mr. Kremer was First Year Class President of the McGill Student Society, and studied abroad at University College in Dublin, Ireland.
