Ms. Lacenera is currently a Marketing Associate for Aramis & Designer Fragrances, Beauty Bank Division and Origins, where she is responsible for eleven brands and three regions. In this role, she provides direction and support to the Travel Retail regions in order to maximize sales in Airports, Downtown/ Border Shops, In flight and Aquatic Shops for the most profitable division at The Estee Lauder Companies. Prior to this position, Ms. Lacenera held several diverse roles within The Estee Lauder Companies over a 6 year span. She started as a temp while finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Management with minors in Art and Law, from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. At this time she also became a certified MAC makeup artist to gain a better understanding of the consumer and products. In 2008, she joined the Specialty Brands Division at The Estee Lauder Companies where she oversaw all North America seasonal print materials and promotional development for La Mer and Jo Malone. During 2011, she completed a talent development program through The Estee Lauder Companies, The U-Inc. Program, where she identified key opportunities within the Corporate Strategy to align Education and Innovative Technology in order to maximize profits. Ms. Lacenera is proficient in Spanish, has studied Italian and is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW).
