Ms. Williams is the senior development manager for skincare on L’Oréal’s mass market brands. In this role, she is responsible for the package development, project management, and overall coordination of all skincare launches for L’Oréal Paris and Garnier. Working cross-functionally with marketing, R&D and operations, Ms. Williams ensures that new products are meeting the cost, timing and quality objectives of the company. Prior to her current position, Ms. Williams held several diverse positions within operations. She started her career in manufacturing scheduling, materials planning, and launch management for the Lancôme brand, successfully executing an unprecedented launch calendar. In addition, she redesigned the transportation network in a supply chain planning role for MillerCoors, delivering significant synergies to the newly merged company. Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, where she was a member of the Dean’s List.
