Multi-Cultural Brand Development, Unilever

Ms. Roberson is the Global Multi-Cultural Hair Care Manager for Unilever.  In this role, she is responsible for strategic portfolio management and product innovation strategy within the Multi-Textured Hair Care platform.  Prior to this position, she worked on AXE Hair Care where she managed US Regional marketing deployment for the AXE Styling platform.  

She started her marketing career at Procter & Gamble where she made notable achievements including Olay Skin Care strategy development and execution of digital shopper marketing tools at Target and Wal-Mart, and implemented a new innovation development process for Global Cosmetics brands COVERGIRL and Max Factor.  

She received a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance summa cum laude.
