Summer Hours

2013 Summer Closing and Employee Work Schedule 

After consultation with the President, the Cabinet, and the UCE, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the College’s summer schedule for May – August 2013 is as follows:

• Staff shorter hours will begin Monday, May 20, 2013

• Commencement will be on Thursday, May 23, 2013

• The College will be closed on the following Fridays during June 7, 14, 21, and 28

• The College will be OPEN on Friday, July 5^th,  as the College is closed Thursday, July 4^th, in observance of Independence Day 

•  The College will be closed on the following Fridays during July 12, 19, and 26 and, August 2 and 9

• Convocation will be on Monday, August 19, 2013, all employees return to their regular work hours

Full time staff, non-classroom faculty, and classroom assistants are being asked to complete the following form as soon as possible:
