Ms. Bopp is an Account Director at dunnhumby USA, the world’s leading customer science company. Ms. Bopp is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across Cosmetics, Fragrances, Footwear and Apparel companies. She partners with clients, most notably the Estée Lauder Companies, to leverage customer data in brand strategies to increase shopper loyalty and drive profitable sales growth.
In this role, she leads advanced analytics projects designed to learn about customer behavior and ultimately influence decision-making in her clients businesses. In the Cosmetics category, she consults in areas including new product development, assortment planning, pricing and promotional strategy. Ms. Bopp began her career in Nestle USA’s Leadership Development Program. During her 8 years at Nestle, she held various sales and trade marketing roles while living and working in a variety of markets including Chicago, Los Angeles, and Boston. Her time at Nestle provided her with an in-depth understanding of the mass market place, specifically, the drug class of trade, where she served as the Confections Division Customer Development Manager for the drug & value channels.
Within this role, her primary responsibilities included managing & executing go-to-market strategies for retailers such as Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, and Dollar General. After a successful career at Nestle, Ms. Bopp joined Catalina Marketing as a Director of Brand Development, where she focused on building targeted marketing campaigns at point-of-sale for L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division. She joined dunnhumby in 2011 serving as a member of their Macy’s team. Ms. Bopp graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, and a minor in Economics, where she was a member of the Dean’s List. She has studied French & Spanish and is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women CEW.
