Ms. Lawless is currently a Marketing Manager at LOréal USA, accountable for the LOréal Paris Revitalift brand within the skincare category. In this role, she is responsible for developing the Revitalift brand vision, implementing US marketing strategy, and driving growth and profitability. Ms. Lawless started her career at LOréal USA in the 18-month rotational Marketing Management Development Program.

Her first rotation was in the Consumer & Market Intelligence department, where she was responsible for analyzing and reporting on syndicated data for the division. Next, she took on a field sales role on the Walmart account, where she managed the LOréal Paris brand page experience on Walmart.com.

She concluded the program in a marketing role on LOréal Paris skincare, where she helped to manage the Youth Code, Sublime Sun and Sublime Bronze lines. Ms. Lawless graduated summa cum laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Direct Marketing, where she received the Department Medal and the Educational Foundation Award. She is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women CEW.
