Lost or Damaged Your FIT Card?

A lost/stolen or damaged FITCard may be reported online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at fitcard@fitnyc.edu or in person during regular business hours. Reports can be made to the ID Office at the Security Department (Feldman Center, Room 305B), Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.  If you have problems outside these hours or during the weekend, call the IT Help Desk at 212 217.4357.

Your first card is issued to you at no charge. There is a $25.00 replacement fee for a damaged, lost or stolen card.  Please let us know immediately if your FITCard is lost or stolen.  The same fee will apply for convenience changes such as name change, request for new photo, signature change, etc. The fee will be waved if the magnetic-stripe malfunctions, provided it has not been damaged or misused. The Cardholder is responsible for all use of his/her card prior to proper notification of a lost/stolen FITCard. No liability will be assumed by the FITCard.
