Spring 2014 Fitness Classes 
January 27 through May 10, 2014 

FIT offers a variety of group fitness classes each semester geared to the needs and interests of a diverse student and college population. The fitness classes follow a drop-in format, first come, first served. Qualified and experienced instructors teach things like Zumba, core training, kickboxing, Cardio Abs, Spin classes, several types of yoga, and our signature class - FIT Workout Nation.

Fitness classes are offered to the college community to enhance wellness. They provide physical activity in a social setting, fellowship, and a constructive use of leisure time. Exercise can help increase self-esteem and reduce stress. Participants of all skill levels are invited and encouraged to participate in an atmosphere of fair play and equality.

Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations that all who choose to participate in FIT's Athletics & Recreation programs must adhere to.
