The Table Tennis teams compete in the USATT and the National Collegiate Table Tennis leagues. Head Coach Wayne Chin has competed internationally and is a prominent figure in the sport. Every year several FIT Tigers qualify and compete in the Stiga National Tournament in Baltimore, MD. The team finished 3rd in the country in 2004 and 2nd in 2005.

FIT is recognized as a premier venue for the NCTTA Northeast Regional Tournaments. Each semester FIT Table Tennis and former Olympian Lily Yip host the FIT Table Tennis Open where former and projected Olympians and National Champions compete. These tournaments have been recognized in USA Table Tennis Magazine.

Team Tournaments are held every Friday night from 8:20- 10:30 p.m., the Dubinsky Center sub-basement, Auxiliary Gym, AX39.
