Graduation Advisement

If you wish to review your progress toward graduation and/or have questions about college policies relating to degree requirements you should look at your degree audit (DARS).† If you have questions about your degree audit and/or your degree requirements, print a copy of your degree audit and bring it with you to Feldman Center, Room c158 for walk-in graduation advisement.

The Registrars are responsible for†transfer credit evaluation in consultation with major and liberal arts departments, for tracking students' progress towards the degree, and for providing graduation advisement.

Walk-In Hours:

During Orientation and add/drop periods each fall and spring semester, the Registrars will see students on a walk-in basis when the office is open.

During add/drop periods each winter, summer†1 and summer†2 semester, the Registrars will see students on a walk-in basis 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM†

Pre-Registration period each fall and spring semester, students are encouraged to seek graduation advisement during the†following walk-in hours:
Monday through†Friday: 12:00 PM†- 1:00 PM

At all other times, students who wish to review their progress toward graduation and/or have questions about college policies relating to degree requirements should fill-out an intake form†or send an email.† A Registrar will contact the student directly to respond to the studentís inquiry or set up an appointment if requested.
