International Trade and Marketing Honors Ralph Lauren Executive

In April 2009, Donald Baum, senior vice president of sourcing and manufacturing for Polo Ralph Lauren, received the International Trade and Marketing Department's Global Sourcing Executive of the Year Award at its third annual Scholarship Breakfast.

This award recognizes Baum's accomplishments as an outstanding global leader in international trade and marketing. He was honored for his exemplary management of manufacturers and products worldwide and for serving as a role model for FIT students.

Baum, who has held his position at Polo Ralph Lauren since November 2003, is responsible for implementing integrated supply chain management strategies and developing the company's global manufacturing division in conjunction with Polo's distribution and information systems.
