Diversity Council Funds Artist's Recipe Project

A project funded by FIT's Diversity Council invites students, clubs, and faculty members to work directly with visiting artist Tattfoo Tan, who will be developing a series of campuswide activities this fall. For the project, centered on Heirloom Recipes: A Cross-Cultural Exchange, participants will be able to collaborate in a number of areas including display design, event planning, and broadcasting.

In addition, FIT is sponsoring an Heirloom Recipe contest, with two prizes of $100, awarded to one written and one visual project that best incorporate a family recipe as inspiration to explore themes of family, tradition, culture, and heritage.

For more information on contest submission guidelines, contact Tattfoo Tan. For general information, contact†Jean Amato†or Michael Hyde.
