Students interested in a Professional Development Certificate of completion must file an affidavit form after completing the first course in the certificate. This will also enable you to obtain your official FIT ID. You may obtain this form from the instructor of your first course or by contacting Andrea Adkins-Miller from Certificate Programs at Andrea_AdkinsMiller@fitnyc.edu. You may also pick it up from the Center for Professional Studies, located in the Pomerantz Center, room D130.
