Meet Us

Current Students
Candidates for the Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management MPS must have a minimum of three years of work experience in an industry related to their course of study. The Classes of 2011 and 2012 represent an array of professional backgrounds in the beauty industry from marketing and sales, research and development, finance, and even law.

Alumni
The program’s 150 graduates, who continued to work at their home companies while attending classes, have capitalized on their knowledge, skills, and industry connections to boost their careers. At least 20 have made corporate vice president.

Faculty
Our faculty are a combination of cross-disciplinary faculty selected from throughout the college and industry experts who teach as adjunct instructors in the program.

Industry Advisory Board
Our program's Industry Advisory Board is a cross-section of senior executives from multinational corporations, expert consultants in product development and marketing, respected journalists, national retailers, heads of industry associations, and members of the FIT community.
