Ms. Jacob is currently a member of the Global Product Innovation Team at the Estée Lauder Companies. In this role, she uses her keen insight of trends and market opportunities both within and outside the beauty industry to develop the latest technologies in foundation and skin care. She also develops strategies to strengthen the companies’ presence in Latin America. Ms. Jacob started her career in beauty at MAC Cosmetics, Global Product Development, where she was responsible for the development and launch of numerous Pro, face and specialty programs. She also represented the brand internationally, working closely with makeup artists and vendors around the world.
At age 18, Ms. Jacob launched Oswald Cleveland Gallery, an online gallery that worked to bring exceptional pieces of art to people all over the world in an innovative way. Ms. Jacob also participated in a reality TV show, America’s Next Top Model. Independent of work, Ms. Jacob has become an active member of CIBS. As one of the founding members of the Innovation Committee, she works to further educate and support young people in the industry through educational events and network opportunities.
Ms. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies with a minor in English from Hunter College, where she was a member of the Dean’s List. She is conversant in French and Italian. Ms. Jacob is also a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW).
