Xander Johnson

Global Marketing, Maybelline New York, L’Oréal USA

Mr. Johnson currently serves as Marketing Brand Manager for the Face Cosmetics Category on the Global Marketing team at Maybelline New York. In this role, he is responsible for the creative and operational development of new product mix elements and new cosmetics launches as well as strategic portfolio management for the Dream and Superstay franchises. He is proud to have worked on the launch of Dream Liquid Mousse, one of Maybelline’s most successful global foundation launches ever.

Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he was a University Honors graduate, on the Dean’s List, and a member of the Alpha Pi Mu Engineering Honor Society.
