FIT has three residence halls on campus for new students, located directly across from the academic buildings on West 27th Street, and one residence hall, located on West 31st Street a short walk away, for returning students.

Once you have been accepted to FIT, you will receive an admissions packet that includes an on-campus housing application. You must pay your tuition deposit before your housing application will be considered.
