Downloading Order Forms: The pdf order forms below can be downloaded onto computers, not mobile devices & need to be opened in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat to be displayed correctly. Opening in Adobe Reader or Acrobat activates the text fields, minimizing errors. If you're opening them in a browser, save them to a local drive and then open them in Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Sending Jobs: PrintFX must receive your order form and files simultaneously to expedite your job. If we receive the order form & cannot locate your files, or vice versa, your job will be placed on hold.
Problems: If you are having difficulty with online ordering, please come to PrintFX and drop off your order. If you received a response from us indicating that there's a problem with your order, please do not email but rather call us at 212 217.5470 or stop by PrintFX during regular business hours. Turnaround Time: Both service desk and online submitted jobs are sorted in our
queue by time of submission. Online orders received prior to the
opening of PrintFX's service desk are treated as a 9:00am next-day job
and will be integrated along with the 9:00am service desk jobs. We will call you when your job is ready for pick-up. You can also check the Job Status Log located on this site's Turnaround Time page.
- Same day*: If sent before 1:00pm. Same day service may be altered or suspended at any time from November through December and April through May, without notice, due to an inability to meet an increased demand of services. Please plan accordingly.
- 24 hour*: If sent after 1:00pm. We will notify you if your job is completed sooner than 24 hrs.
- Rush*: Price doubles, 1-2 hr. turnaround time. Please ask PrintFX staff if a Rush is possible by speaking directly to someone by phone (212 217.5470) or in person (Pomerantz D529A) during open hours. We will not honor a Rush if you indicate it on your order form, via email or voicemail. Rush service may be altered or suspended at any time from November through December and April through May, without notice, due to an inability to meet an increased demand of services. Please plan accordingly.
*Turnaround time changes if your job’s on hold because of file errors
and/or additional information is needed for PrintFX to complete it.
Payment: Payment due at time of pickup. Students with unpaid jobs left at PrintFX for 4 weeks or longer will have a hold placed on their account.
