MFIT Celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month

National Hispanic Heritage Month is observed annually in the United States. It begins on September 15, the day when a number of Latin American nations, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, commemorate their independence. Following closely, Mexico and Chile mark their independence on September 16 and September 18, respectively. Additionally, within this month, Columbus Day/Indigenous People’s Day, also known as Día de la Raza, is observed on October 12.
