While the Policy and Compliance Office oversees, coordinates, and monitors FIT’s compliance efforts, it is the responsibility of individual units to ensure compliance with regulations and policies associated with their respective areas. To that end, we work with all college divisions to ensure that employees understand their roles and responsibilities for administering and maintaining an effective compliance program.
