Resident Tuition Rates
To qualify for New York state resident tuition rates, you must meet residency requirements. Students who meet these requirements and live outside of New York City must file a Certificate of Residence from their home county. Students who do not meet these requirements or do not file a Certificate of Residence will be billed at the non-resident rate.
Newly matriculated students, including visiting and new matriculates to the upper division, are required to make a non-refundable tuition deposit of $150 as soon as they are notified of admissions to confirm acceptance. Tuition and fees are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the college Board of Trustees.
