Struggling to get a good night’s rest? Join us for a relaxing DIY experience where you'll craft your own sleep mask and blend a custom nighttime tea to help you unwind. Sip your soothing tea before bed to melt away stress, ease anxiety, and drift into deep, restful sleep. Come chill, create, and leave with the perfect additions to your nighttime routine!

Short on time but still want a delicious, balanced meal? Learn how to whip up a quick and easy Walking Taco—perfect for busy schedules and eating on the go! Our dietitian will show you how to build a tasty, satisfying meal while sharing tips on intuitive eating. Then, experience mindful eating in action with guided prompts from Tashi, a mindfulness practitioner from Tibet. Come for the food, stay for the vibes!

Plus, test your knowledge with interactive games and learn tips for staying safe while celebrating. Whether you're out with friends or traveling next month, we’ve got you covered!

Grab some free fresh produce and make eating your daily fruits and veggies easy! Stop by to grab a variety of seasonal goodies, pick up quick & tasty recipe cards, and chat with the dietitian for tips on making healthy eating simple and delicious.
