Changes in Hours and Library Closures
The Library will be closed and/or have shortened hours on the following days:
- Closed Monday, January 20 for Martin Luther King, Jr Day
- Spring Hours begin on Monday, January 27, 2025
- Closed, Monday, February 17 for President's Day
- Monday, April 14 - Thursday, April 17, Spring Recess hours: 4th floor: TBD, 5th floor: 9am - 5pm; 6th floor: 8am - 8pm
- Closed, Friday - Sunday, April 18 - April 20 for Easter Weekend
- Closed for Summer Fridays beginning May 23
- Closed Saturday - Monday, May 24 - 26 for Memorial Day Weekend
- Summer Hours begin on Tuesday, May 27, 2025
Pick Up Hours for Requested Material
Browsing in the stacks is available and encouraged. However, as an alternative patrons can request FIT books and DVDs through OneSearch for pick up. Step-by-step instructions and additional information can be found on our Borrowing Materials page. Items are located in a beige cabinet in the Main Reading Room by the Library Services Desk. Make sure to check out these materials before you leave either at the self check out stations or at the Library Services Desk. Please do not come to the library until you receive a "ready for pick up" confirmation email. Pick up hours are anytime the 5th floor is open.
