- Submission Date – the date(s) your school dean must approve a curricular action in the CIM system for review by the Collegewide Curriculum Committee.
- Curricular actions approved in the spring 2025 semester effective for fall 2025 can include:
- Add/drop minor course
- Blended delivery
- New elective course (note: a reactivated course acts as a new course)
- Online delivery
- Course of study updates not including pre/co-requisite updates, credits/contact hours, course description, course title, student learning outcomes.
- Curricular actions approved in the spring 2025 semester effective for spring 2026 can include:
- Corequisite updatesChange in course credits or contact hours
- Course description
- Course title
- Prerequisites
- Student Learning Outcomes
- Program changes approved in the spring 2025 semester will be included in the fall 2026-2027 catalog.
- NOTE: General education designations: an action that includes an update to align student learning outcomes and/or course of study with SUNY GE will be effective for spring 2026.
