Contract Administration

The department of Contract Administration works with vendors who provide services in support of the following functions on campus:

  • campus store
  • custodial and engineering services
  • food services (including the dining hall, FIT express, and catering)
  • laundry
  • public safety
  • vending

Additionally, Contract Administration coordinates with building management companies for FIT's leased locations on 27th Street, Seventh Avenue, and Eight Avenue. The department also manages campus card functions that benefit students.
