Bid Openings

Bid openings:

• A designated Purchasing official will open and record bid results on a bid tabulation shortly after the bid due date/time.
• We do not hold in-person bid openings.
• All bid results can be acquired by a FOIL sent to [email protected].
• All information recorded is subject to analysis and no final determination will be made until all bids have been reviewed for completeness.
• All questions should be directed to the Purchasing official after he/she has had sufficient time to review the bids.
