Summer Schedule

After consultation with the President, the Cabinet, and the UCE, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the College's summer schedule for May 2024 through August 2024 is as follows:

• staff shorter hours will begin Monday, May 20, 2024
• convocation will be on Monday, August 19, 2024; all employees return to their regular work hours
• FIT will be closed on the following Fridays: May 24; June 7, 14, 28; July 12, 19, 26; August 2, 9, 16
• FIT will be closed on the following holidays: Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day) and Friday, June 19 (Juneteenth); and on Thursday, July 4 (Independence Day).

Complete a 2024 Summer Work Schedule Form (.pdf) and share it with your supervisor as soon as possible.

Supervisors:

All forms must be approved and on file with your supervisor by August 6, 2024.
RETAIN ALL FORMS FOR YOUR RECORDS, HR WILL NOT BE COLLECTING THESE FORMS GOING FORWARD.
