Summer Schedule

After consultation with the President, the Cabinet, and the UCE, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the College's summer schedule for May 2025 through August 2025 is as follows:

• staff shorter hours will begin Monday, May 19, 2025
• convocation will be on Monday, August 18, 2025; all employees return to their regular work hours
• FIT will be closed on the following Fridays: May 23; June 6, 13, 27; July 11, 18, 25; August 1, 8, 15
• FIT will be closed on the following holidays: Monday, May 26 (Memorial Day) and Thursday, June 19 (Juneteenth); and on Friday, July 4 (Independence Day).

Complete a 2025 Summer Work Schedule Form (.pdf) and share it with your supervisor as soon as possible.

Supervisors:

All forms must be approved and on file with your supervisor by August 6, 2025.
RETAIN ALL FORMS FOR YOUR RECORDS, HR WILL NOT BE COLLECTING THESE FORMS GOING FORWARD.
