Annual Benefits Open Enrollment 2024 for Part-Time Employees
Monday, November 4, 2024 through Friday, November 15, 2024
The Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period is a once-a-year opportunity to assess your benefit elections and:
- Health Care Plan: Enroll, waive coverage, or make a change to the dependents who are enrolled.
- Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plan: If you have a CCE, enroll online in an account for calendar year 2025.
You must make a new online election to participate in the FSA Plan. Your 2024 election will NOT carry forward into 2025.
Elections and changes made during the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period will become effective January 1, 2025.
If you do not make an FSA election or changes during this period, your next opportunity to do so will be during next year’s Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period, unless you experience a qualified life event during the year. Examples are marriage, birth/adoption of a child, divorce, a change in employment status, or loss of other health care coverage. You have 31 days from the life event date to notify a benefits representative to make changes to your coverage.
