The artwork of Assistant Professor Jean Feinberg is featured in the two person exhibition, Making Light, along with artist Larry Brown, at Marist College Art Gallery, 3399 North Road, Poughkeepsie, New York. The exhibition opens November 7th and runs through December 5th. The gallery is open Monday through Saturday, 12 - 5pm. For more info: http://www.marist.edu/commarts/art/currentexhibition.html. Her work is also included in the 2012 Yaddo New York City Studio Crawl, and the Design Trust 2012 Benefit Auction and is featured in "Cowgirls #4", at BRIK Gallery, curated by Richard Timperio of Sideshow Gallery, in Brooklyn.

Professor Emeritus Nancy Hagin's solo exhibition opens at Fischbach Gallery, 210 Eleventh Ave. at 25th St., New York, on October 4th, from 5 to 7pm. The exhibition runs through November 3rd, 2012. More info at www.fischbachgallery.com

Assistant Adjunct Professor Bing Hus work is featured in The Peekskill Project, an exhibition seen through the town of Peekskill, NY, organized by the Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art, which runs September 28 through July 8, 2013. For more info http://www.hvcca.org/. Bing Hu was also featured in the Documentary, "Route: The Spiritual Odyssey of Chinese American Artists". The artwork of Fine Arts faculty members Marcy Rosenblat, Cynthia Gallagher, Julia Jacquette, Joel Werring, Sue Daykin, John Allen, Jeffrey Way, Tony Martino, Suikang Zhao, is featured in Faculty Art Exhibition: Fashion Institute of Technology, at the State University Plaza Gallery, at the State University of New York, which is located in State University Plaza, Albany, New York. It runs September 7th through November 7th.

Fine Arts Chair Stephanie DeManuelle and Assistant Professor Cynthia Gallagher are included included in the exhibition, "Contemporary, Mixed-Media, Abstract, and Adirondack Landscape Paintings", at the Corscadan Barn Gallery, Keene Valley, NY, August 9th through Columbus Day, 2012.

Staff member Pansum Cheng's artwork "Conditional" is featured in the September, 2012 issue of Psychology Tomorrow Magazine, http://www.psychologytomorrowmagazine.com/the-dance-of-therapy/.

The artwork of Professor Vincent Arcilesi is included in Push, part of the Dumbo Arts Festival 2012, September 28th, 29th, 30th, at 111 Front Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Professor Suikang Zhao is in the process of installing "Taokonick", at Engine Company #38, commissioned by Philadelphia's Public Art Program.. The grand opening of the building the project is housed in takes place in the first week of December, 2012. He also finished his design for the "American Cup Parking Facility" in San Diego, which is now to be fabricated. His book "Journal of an Outsider" was published in Chinese, and will be published soon in English.

Adjunct Assistant Professor Marcy Rosenblat's artwork is included in the exhibition Rockslide Sky, The Center Gallery and The Lipani Gallery, Fordham University,  October 1st through November 5th. Adjunct Assistant Professor Josef Zutelgte's large-scale sculpture, Around Midnight, will be on permanent display in the lobby of the Marshak building at City College later in 2012.

Assistant Professor Jennifer Nuss is a 2012-2013 recipient of the Marie Walsh Sharpe Space Program Award. Her solo exhibit, "Terrible Beauty", takes place at the Dugan Gallery, University of Massachusetts at Lowell, Lowell, MA in November, 2012. Her artwork is also included in a group exhibit , Inside Out 2012, at the Inside-Out Museum, Beijing, China, September 2012.

Adjunct Assistant Professor Sylvie Covey's book, "Photoshop for Artists", will have a launch reception on Wednesday October 24th at 7PM, at the Phyllis Harriman Mason Gallery at the Art Students League of New York, 215 West 57th Street.

Assistant Professor Julia Jacquette's solo exhibition, "Perfume, Liquor, Hair, is featured at Bergarde Galleries in Heerjansdam, the Netherlands, during the summer of 2012. More info at: www.bergarde.com
