PE 117 Choreography I

Students create movement studies using elements of design that capture the essence
of their unique expressions. Concepts of space and weight and dance elements such
as rhythm, symmetry, and shape are addressed in the course. Improvisations are performed
according to a variety of themes, relationships, and situations, both individually
and in small groups.

PE 141 Fitness Training

This introductory course is based on the work of Joseph Pilates and focuses on movements
