Summer Housing
During the summer, FIT opens its residence halls to FIT students, FIT ESL summer program students, students attending other NYC programs, and interns at NYC companies seeking a safe, convenient, and inexpensive place to stay while in New York City.
FIT residence halls are conveniently located in Manhattan, surrounded by some of the most exciting neighborhoods the city has to offer, including Chelsea, the Garment District, the Theatre District, and more.
All of our residence halls are located near public transportation. Within walking distance of FIT, you will have easy access to NJ Transit, LIRR, MetroNorth, Amtrack, budget-friendly express buses, Penn Station, Port Authority, and more than 10 subway lines.

Intern & Student Visitor Housing
FIT is a great place to spend the summer while interning in fabulous NYC. Single and double apartment style rooms with air conditioning and unrivaled views await you.
FIT Student Housing
All FIT students are welcome to spend the summer with us whether it be for classes, internships, or just to spend some time relaxing in the city.
ESL & EOP Housing
ESL and EOP students can apply for housing to live on campus during their program. Program information and dates will be coming soon.
