Information Technology (IT for FIT) designs, builds, maintains, and evaluates FIT's technology infrastructure to support teaching, learning, research, outreach, and administrative operations. The division also oversees the security and integrity of the college's computer network and telecommunications equipment.

IT staff are responsible for training, troubleshooting, repair, and customer service for students, faculty, and staff; audiovisual equipment rental and management for classrooms, campus events, and video production; and technology consultation on new college projects and initiatives.
